After a long few final days in New England and a drive south, we finally arrived at our destination for the next week or so, Mom and Dad’s in Charlotte.

As many of you know, Mom had surgery this week to remove cancer from her lung. We’re so grateful for the blessing of being here during this time, to help Mom as she heals and to help Dad with some work around the house.

The timing feels pretty special. In the middle of our own transition and move south, we get to spend these days with them.

Please pray for Mom’s healing and recovery. We’re very hopeful and trusting Jesus every step of the way!
